Looking for a replacement for a damaged Thule Tracker 430 tower. I surmise that your item 753-2157-02 will replace it.

Yes, the Replacement Railing Foot for Thule Rapid Tracker Foot Pack # 753-2157-02 is the replacement for your Thule Tracker TH430R tower.

The Universal Change Key # 853-1251 is needed if you need to move a Thule One Key lock cylinder if you have that on your feet.

Be sure to also check your fit kit for the tower for damage as it may also need replaced. If you can let me know what vehicle they are on I can find the fit kit.
