Replacement Brake Assembly, Bearings, and Grease Seal for Lippert 5,200 Pound Axle

Question:

Hello - can you let me know the correct LH and RH self adjusting brake assemblies for the attachéd pictures? Also, the corresponding bearing and seals would be appreciated as well.

Thank you for providing the helpful pictures. What you have is a Lippert 5,200 lb axle. For brake assemblies you can use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA. These are 12" x 2" brake assemblies designed to fit a 5,200 lb axle with a 5 bolt brake mounting flange. If you need mounting hardware you can use the # BRKH12.

For replacement bearings you need the # 25580 and # LM67048. According to Lippert the correct grease seal is the # GS-2250DL. If you want a kit then you can use the Bearing Kit, LM67048/25580 Bearings, 10-36 Seal # BK3-300.
