Sorry to hear about the broken handle!
I went ahead and took a look at your Phoenix Faucets Hybrid RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull Out Spout # PF231441, and it appears that the handle is not offered as a replacement part, unfortunately.
I know it's not ideal, however your only solution appears to be a full replacement faucet. If you enjoy your current faucet, you can simply use # PF231441 as an in-place replacement.
If not, you can look at this as a great opportunity for an upgrade!
Take a look at the Empire Faucets RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull-Down Spout # EM42HR.
This option is a great upgrade that won't break the bank, that features the same single handle, pull down sprayer like your current faucet, as well as a swiveling gooseneck spout for easy manipulation.
