Before you install this faucet, remove the metal collar and washer from the inlet shank. Then using the shank, drop the new faucet in place of your existing faucet. Re-install the collar and washer so that they are flush with the underside of the counter, and connect the included stainless steel water lines. You'll need to keep some tub and tile caulk (not included) on hand to help prevent any leaking.

It looks as if it was already used and passed on as new to me. Water stains, dirt and finger prints all over it. Not Pleased!

This was purchased to replace the Fleetwood original equipment kitchen faucet. The Fleetwood faucet began leaking under the kitchen counter where the hot and cold coper pipes came together in the faucet. Replacement of the faucet with the Flow Max was a cinch. The materials and connectors are so much better and easier to use than the original equipment. No more breaking of coper lines. The only issue I have is the length of the spout. If it was an inch or two longer so that it could reach the kitchen sink drain it would rate "Excellent." In spite of that, it was a very good buy.
This faucet was just what we wanted for our RV. We spoke with a representative before purchasing it on-line. It was delivered very fast. Highly recommend etrailer!
I’m 57 years old and have installed my share of RV parts. Hands down this etrailer gooseneck faucet was the easiest one to do!!! We still can’t believe how good it looks!! Two of our friends are now wanting the same faucet!! Excellent product!!!!!

Nice faucet, but had to add braided hose to the cold water line because it "kinked" so easily stopping the flow of water.

Basic quality was fine but it appears to not have a removable aerator. We could not figure out how to get the aerator out without damaging the faucet. So it did not work for us.
