Is the aerator removable to clean out?

I have a cleaning method for you, but the aerator on the Empire Faucets RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull-Down Spout # EM42HR is not removable. I contacted the manufacturer about this and they provided the following information:
The aerator is fixed to the sprayer head on this kitchen faucet. The sprayer head is removable from the hose, but we DO NOT recommend trying to separate the aerator from the sprayer head.
To clean the aerator, we would recommend separating the sprayer head from the pull-down hose and attempt to clean the aerator at that point. From past experience, soaking the sprayer head in a solution such as CLR has worked for consumers in the past to remove build up in the aerator portion of the sprayer head on a kitchen pull-down faucet.
