Saris bones for 2021 Subaru Forester hatch huggie Hi it’s saying to put these in the side. Can you explain or is there a video to see that because everything I see online has it at the top the hatch Huggies thank you

Yes, you will need to replace the side hooks of the Saris Bones EX, 2-Bike # SAR83FR or 3-Bike # SA803, with the Hatch Huggers # SA3035 since the hooks won't fit in the seams at the sides of your hatch door on your 2021 Subaru Forester.
We don't have a video showing how to install them on the side but I'm linking a video where we go over how to install the Hatch Huggers to the bike rack and then I'm attaching a photo a customer sent in where they use a magnet to keep the side straps in place prior to closing the rear hatch. It will be a little tricky to do something like this (especially if you don't want to use a magnet on your vehicle) but hopefully this photo will help you out.
