Lift Spacer for AirLift AL57272 Air Helper Springs for 2006 GMC Sierra w/ 6 Inch Rough Country Lift

Question:

HI I am writing to get some additional info before I order I am looking to order Air lift 57272 and spacer 52465 for 2006 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 that has a six inch Rough Country Lift on it with 6 inch rear block from their lift kit. My question is do I need the angled spacer 52465 since the lifts rear lift block has a slight angle for lift? I do not see anything that states the reason to use angle spacer. Please advise. -Thank you

I spoke with my contact in the Tech Services department at Air Lift, and was told that if your lift is actually 6 inches, you would indeed need the 52465 angled spacers which we offer as part # AL79GV.

My Air Lift representative suggested that you confirm that the lift in the rear IS actually 6 inches. Some trucks are equipped with a level lift, which raises the nose of the vehicle by 6 inches and the rear by 4. If that's what you have you'd need the # AL49GV spacer instead.
