Question:

Camper is a 2005 Bigfoot. I have a hand held jack remote on a phone style plug in cord. It appears this new remote has a door on the side with a phone style jack behind it similar to my original remote connection. Does this remote plug into the older corded system? I do not have a wireless board. Nothing is mentioned about this remote being able to replace an older remote with a cord. Yet it has a correct looking connector on the side in your pictures. Could you please clarify if this remote will replace an older corded unit? Again, no wireless board here. All cord control. Thank you.

Yes, you can utilize a phone-style cord like part # LC149557 with that plug on the side of the Replacement Remote Control for HappiJac Electric Camper Jack Systems # LC723915 to operate your jacks. Lippert calls this out in their troubleshooting table for this wireless remote (see attached).
