I bought the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Manual Lift - 4 Speed - Smoke Item # MA00-06401K It has the beep/greenlight/shutoff problem that many people have experienced. I was wondering what you advise? New circuit board and a DC to DC voltage regulator? Advice needed - thanks!

It would be time for a new circuit board for your # MA00-06401K with the part # MA10-04301K-V16. You would not need a voltage regulator.
