What kind of connection hose do I need to buy for this and its a regular size drier like a home dryer

Assuming the regulator is being connected to a propane tank with a Type 1 fitting, you'll need a propane hose with a 1/4" MPT connector to connect to the inlet of the Camco Single Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59013.
That will depend on the length you need, and you can use either the 20 inch MB Sturgis Propane Hose # 100473-20-MBS or 36 inch MB Sturgis Propane Hose # 100473-36-MBS.
