I have included a link here for you, to the right, that shows how you will install the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch anti-rattle device # RM-061. The link to to another question an answer and the video is on that page. The key is that one end of the device will go over the lip on the receiver and the other part around the accessory. The video is shown using the device on a ball mount but this particular device is designed for accessories and flat towing only, not for towing a trailer.
If you are planning on towing then I recommend anti-rattle device # MPG908. It is a very simple design and I have included a link to a video review for this device as well.
