The Reese Weight Distribution Shank - 16,000 lbs # RP54998 is typically used for a weight distribution system. It can, however, be used as a ball mount. This shank style would work with the Replacement Hitch Ball Platform for Pro Series Adjustable 3-Ball Mount - 14K # PS63075 which would make it an adjustable ball mount similar to the Pro Series Adjustable 3-Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 4-3/4" Drop, 5-11/16" Rise - 14K # 63070.
