Troubleshooting Battery Issues w/ the Solera 18V Power RV Awning

Question:
Is there a fuse for the 18 volt awning? Charged before we installed the awning, switch is not turning the motor. Tested with drill battery and the motor worked. So is the a fuse that is bad or is the battery not holding the charge?

The Solera 18V Power RV Awning - 20' Wide - Rechargeable Battery - Black Fade item # LC729517 does not have a fuse in it. The rechargeable battery should power the awning 22 to 25 times between charges. So if it is fully charged and still not working then it sounds like your battery isn't holding a charge. If you just purchased this awning the electrical system does have a warranty of 1 year and you should file a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
