Does Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 Allow Current to Flow in Either Direction

Question:
Should I be getting 12v at my 6way connection? I was under the assumption that the power only flowed one way through this connection...from the rv to the battery not from the battery to the rv

The Roadmaster battery charge line kit part # RM-156-25 would allow current/voltage to flow in either direction as it does not have a diode in it that only allows it to go one direction.
