To bleed the brake lines on a Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator # T43397007K I recommend using the Powerbuilt Brake Bleeder # ALL648591. This has a magnet that will hold the catch container where it is easily visible. Using the 4 steps detailed in the images below you can use a 2x4 to activate the surge brake while a 2nd person is opening and closing the bleeder valve at each brake cylinder. Do start with the brake assembly furthest from the master cylinder.

The Dexter Brake Actuator part #099-175-20 replaced the Titan 60 that has a master cylinder with a fitting at the end. The fitting is a 3/16 inverted flare where the brake lines connect to. You do not need an extra fitting when you use the actuator.…
