How much do you tighten the adjuster knob once the ball is inside?

The tightness needed for latching the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator # T43397007K to a ball successfully is "hand tight" which means you'd get it snug by hand which means the latch will be tight enough to secure to the ball but not so tight that movement is restricted.
