My 2002 Ford F-350 has dual factory aluminum wheels. Wheel cut outs are not oval, more of a triangle. Will these mounting clips work on these wheels?

As long as the widest portion of the hole in the dually wheels of your 2002 Ford F-350 is 5-7/8 inches the Wheel Masters 2-Hose Inflation Kit - 16 to 19-1/2 Inner Dually - Hand Hole Mount Item # WM8009 will fit and work great.
