Question:
I have a 2022 Silverado 3500 reg cab with a CM RD steel flat bed. Will this adapter work with this bed?

The B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3050 is designed to latch into a B&W Turnover ball. It appears that your CM RD Flatbed does have a B&W ball that sits inside a recessed opening on the flat bed. Since the Turnover ball is an option, you will need to ensure that the B&W ball is removable from the square shank and the recess is at least 18" X 18" and no more than 4" deep from the top of the bed.
