Question:
I was looking at towing a golf cart with trailer on my 2010 Ram 1500 v-8 hemi the trailer and golf cart is about 1000 pounds if that is it possible to just use a ball hitch and tow it directly on mybumper and what would be the max i can tow on the bumper with just a 2 inch ball. The bumper say max tongue weight is 500 lbs.

Well since the bumper says a maximum of 500 lbs of tongue you should go with that as the maximum tongue weight. There should also be a total trailer weight rating as well. Typically the tongue weight rating of a hitch or vehicle is 10 percent of the total trailer so in your case it most likely is 5,000 lbs. However, most towing bumpers will have a capacity of 3,500 lbs. You will want to verify this. The owners manual of your vehicle should have this information as well.
You will want to determine the weight of your trailer when fully loaded and ready to tow to determine if using your bumper would be adequate.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15572 you referenced would be an excellent choice for a hitch for your vehicle if you do determine that you need more capacity. This hitch has a 1,500 lb tongue weight and 15,000 max trailer weight capacity. I attached an install video for this product for you to check out also.
