can i use WD bars with autoleveling ram rear suspension.. 2022 ram 2500

Yes, you can still use a weight distribution hitch even though your 2022 Ram 2500 has an auto-leveling rear suspension. You'll want to first hookup the trailer to your Ram, let the suspension system auto-adjust, and then you can finish hooking up the bars on the WDH.
If you need help picking out a good weight distribution hitch, like the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-1000, I'll just need to know the tongue weight or GVWR of your trailer and whether you're wanting some sway control to pick out the correct hitch for your application.
