Saris Freedom 4 Bike Rack w/ a Ecohitch on a 2019 Honda Odyssey

Question:
Hi! I was just about to order the eco-hitch for my 2019 Honda Odyssey, but am concerned about using our Saris Freedom 4 with it. We like how the crossbar of the hitch is hidden, that it is made in the USA and has recycled materials. Im not sure if it will be compatible with our existing bike rack, the Saris Freedom 4. I believe it had a model or part number of 194102. We bought the rack in 2016, I see that you carry Saris racks but ours is a bit older than your current inventory, of course. The video of the hitch which is great, thank you! shows that its 4 1/2inch from the center of the pin to clear the bumper. Do you have any idea if that will work with our Saris rack? Thanks for any help you can provide! Ive tried measuring the bike rack and can only come to the conclusion that it will be very close. Id hate to install the new hitch to find we cant fold it, or even use the bike slot closest to the vehicle.

We do carry the Saris Freedom 4 Bike Rack item # SA4414B and I would be happy to help you. The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 306-X7372 is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Honda Odyssey van. It bolts to your frame with included hardware and does not require any welding or drilling.
You will have no problem using this bike rack with the Ecohitch. I checked with Saris' fitment guide on their website to confirm that the Saris Freedom 4 Bike Rack item # SA4414B will be compatible with the EcoHitch on your van. I also took some measurements and included a diagram.
