Yes, those are the correct parts for your 2013 Chevy Equinox with a bare roof.

If you don't already have a cargo box then I recommend checking out the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box # TH615. This has 16 cu ft of storage space which makes it a pretty standard-sized box, and then it comes with a lock and access on the passenger side of your Equinox so you won't be next to traffic when you're loading/unloading your cargo box. Attached is a test fit video of this on a 2011 Equinox for you to reference.
