The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 75151 fits 2005 Dodge Ram 1500's that do not have a factory hitch. The hitch mounts directly to the bumper. I have linked a picture that shows how this hitch installs along with the instructions.
To control your trailer's lights you will need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C55504.
