I have the bumper you need! Unfortunately, I confirmed with Westin that the Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper - Chrome Plated Steel # 73000 does not fit your 1984 Chevy K10.
However, we have the exact same model in chrome plated steel that does fit. I did confirm with Westin that this model only fits for fleetside models. We unfortunately do not carry bumpers if you happen to have a stepside model K10. If you do have the fleetside, the bumper you need is the Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper - Chrome Plated Steel # 21000. This model of Fey Diamondstep bumper is produced specifically to fit the measurements of your truck. As far as mounting hardware, you need the # 92230 if you have a standard bed length or # 92500 if you have a long bed.
