Wax Screws that Get Removed to Install Solera Awning Head Cover

what is a wax screw and where is it? is it the one that manually extends / retracts the awning??

I attached a picture of what the wax screws look like for the Solera awnings like of the # LC289561 instructions that you referenced. Basically it's under the black cap that you'll pop off and you'll unscrew that you see in the second picture I attached.

While trying to remove the awning roller tube to replace my awning fabric I sheared off the wax screw on the idler side of my power awning. Does Etrailer carry the wax screw for the Lippert/Solera power awning? Also since I need to drill out the screw, do I need replace the Drive Head Pin as well? I’m not certain if both the end cap & drive pin are both threaded to take the screw. Thanks
