Can this product be applied right from the container or do you have to apply a primer first?

The Alpha Systems 4034 Roof Coating for RV Roofs, # AL34CV applies with a brush or roller and adheres to polyurethane foam, aluminum, galvanized steel, fiberglass, cured concrete and EPDM roof membranes. The manufacturer does list requiring a primer to first be applied. But does state to ensure surface is clean, dry, and free of moisture or oils before application.
