For your 2021 Jeep Cherokee you will at minimum need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring solution to display your indicator lights from the RV to the Jeep, and a braking solution/supplemental braking for the Jeep.

I recommend the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit, # DM9519307 that will match perfectly with the Demco Dominator Non-Binding Tow Bar, # DM9511008 you have been looking at. This also includes the needed safety cables.

For the wiring, I suggest the Demco 4-Diode Universal Towed Vehicle Wiring Kit, # DM9523010-54. This complete kit includes everything you need to connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your towed Jeep.

For braking system, I recommend the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink, # DM26VR if your RV is a diesel coach with air brakes. But if you have a gas engine motorhome, the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink Monitor, # DM86VR. This provides automatic, proportional braking with a system that never has to be removed, replaced, or reset. The DUO activates when your RV brake lights go on and the inertia sensor detects deceleration.

Additionally, I suggest you install the Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Wire Kit for Demco Supplemental Braking Systems, # DM66VR to maintain the battery charge on your towed vehicle while it is being flat towed.
