I have a Lippert Roto Flex pin box . Will the Curt Q25 work with this pin box ? If not are there any solutions other than a new hitch ?

The whole Curt Q-Series line like the Curt Q25 # C16265 you referenced is not compatible with the Rota Flex pin box line like the # LC328330, nor are they compatible with rotating pin boxes. The pivoting system of the pin box works against the pivoting system of the hitch head and can cause the components of the head to deteriorate, ultimately leading to the hitch head failing.
The only option is to either replace the pin box with one of the same bolt pattern or to replace the hitch. If replacing the pin box isn't the route you'd like to go then you can replace your Q25 with a Curt A25 Hitch # C16180 instead, which will be compatible with your Rota Flex pin box.
