I need a pin box that is 12inch wide.

In order to replace a pin box you need to know what mounting pattern it uses, the most common of which is a Lippert 1621 like the Lippert 1621 5th Wheel Pin Box part # LC1191191 which measures 12" wide. The Lippert 1716 5th Wheel Pin Box part # LC1191201 is another common replacement but it measures 12-1/2" wide.
