Ok I ordered the wrong spindles. Do they make an easy lube for that hub?

The # TRU44FR spindle you'd looked at is compatible with an L44649 inner and outer bearing, like what's used by the # CE13109. The hub includes the inner and outer bearing and race, the grease seal, the dust cap and the lug nuts. The hub has a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. For a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, use # AKIHUB-545-2-LFEZ-2K.

I have 17-170 I bought from e-trailer will these work with those spindles? I believe that is the bearing it has in it? I added a photo
