Does this part number replace the stock hitch receiver on a 2016 with the max tow package?

We have a hitch that fits your 2016 Ford F-150 that has the factory hitch but the Draw Tite # DT35MR does not replace the factory hitch as it only fits models that do not have the factory hitch. We do have the Curt # C26HR which fits below the factory hitch though. There isn't a model that replaces the factory hitch.

I am confused with the statements of receiver heavy duty hitches for 2025 f150, with or without factory hitch? Do you mean with or without standard factory step bumper with the reverse sensors? Or do you mean with or without the weak factory receiver? I want a 10,000 lb towing and 1000lb TW receiver without need of weight distribution. That would be a direct fit replacement for the factory receiver hitch that came along with the factory step bumper on 2025 f150 super crew short bed FX4 XLT truck please? Thank you

@RexC In this context it is referring to with or without the "weak" factory hitch. We do have a higher capacity hitch that fits your 2025 Ford F-150 with the Curt # C26HR but it fits underneath the factory hitch as we don't have anything that will replace the factory hitch.
