Since we know the Pullrite Superglide 2700 fits industry standard fifth wheel rails the correct adapter you'd need to fit the OEM prep package of your 2022 Ram 2500 is the Demco part # DM6099 that you referenced. This fits easily into your pucks and gives you the rails you need for your Superglide.
