Question:

Will either the Curt or Reese brand bed rails work with a Pullrite Super Glide fifth wheel hitch? I have standard base rails in my old truck but not sure what brand they are and need to purchase new bed rails for my new truck. I have the adapter from the bed rails to the Super Glide hitch. The truck is a 2018 Ram 2500 diesel 4x4 short bed and trailer is a 2004 Ragen 30foot toy hauler. Also, what is the difference between the brands of bed rails Curt and Reese for the price difference, hardware, quality?

The only Pullrite Super Glide fifth wheel hitch that will work with either the Curt # C16427-204 or Reese # RP50054-58 custom base rails is the Pullrite that is the ISR Series (the ISR stands for "industry standard rails"). Though we do not carry these hitches I believe that would be the 2700 or 2900 models of Super Glide.

As for the price difference there are regular fluctuations based on a number of factors but it isn't quality or hardware. Both these install kits come with the hardware needed to install them in your 2018 Ram 2500 and both Curt and Reese have very strong reputations for making high-quality fifth wheel hitches, brackets and base rails.

The biggest differences really are that the rails from the Reese # RP50054-58 Install Kit are a black powder coat while the rails from the Curt # C16427-204 have a black carbide finish and made in the USA. I have added links to installs of these kits for you to check out as well.
