Question:

I have a 2025 Keystone Cougar 23MLE 5th Wheel I cant find a 1621inch number anywhere i have a photo attached of the sticker on the Pin Box with the LCI , RPO and Serial with that info, can you confirm if this is the correct Gen-Y pin box? p.s., GVWR is 9900lbs.

Hey Ron, welcome back! I reached out to Lippert and that is a 1621 you have on your 2025 Keystone Cougar 23MLE. Gen-Y has updated their weight ranges so the 4.5k TW model works with a GVWR of 7,275 lbs - 16,360 lbs. This means the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY38FR is the correct replacement for your 5th wheel. You will also need safety chains # GY49GR to go with it.
