How Do I Install the Pin of the Inno Tire Hold 2 # INH120 Bike Rack?

I have the Inno bike rack. The metal spring pin wont go in and click in. My rack is loose. Need help.

Judging by your recent search, I believe you are referring to the Inno Tire Hold 2 # INH120. One of the common issues we get about the metal pin/spring is that neighbors are not lining up the 2 tabs on the pin when inserting it into the hitch receiver. Once the tabs go through the two slots on the Tire Hold's shank, you need to rotate the pin either down or up to lock it into place. Then, after the pin is in the hitch and shank, that is when you adjust the tightening tension knob. I went ahead and attached a video that walks you through installing the pin. It starts at timestamp 7:18.
