Hauling heavy gear can cause sag and sway that wear out your suspension fast. This system adds 5,000 lbs of extra support using two hollow rubber springs that mount above your 2-3/8" to 3" diameter axle. As weight increases, the rubber springs compress and stiffen to keep the trailer level and stable. The added resistance raises the trailer’s ride height and helps take strain off your hitch components for an easier pull under load.

Rough pavement or washboard roads can toss your trailer around, but these hollow rubber springs work like built-in shock absorbers. They flex under light loads for a comfortable ride, then firm up as weight builds, cushioning bumps and keeping everything steady. The progressive design keeps the trailer tracking straight and reduces the bounce that can shift cargo or loosen fasteners inside.

When turning or swerving, uneven loads can make one side dip or roll. Each rubber spring works independently to support its side of the trailer, cutting body roll and improving handling in corners or when passing big rigs in gusty wind. The result is more confident control over every mile.

This kit is built for trailers with spring-over-axle setups that use 2" wide leaf springs. It bolts right into place using existing U-bolts and includes mounting brackets and hardware—no major modifications needed. The bracket positions each spring about 1" above the axle so your original suspension moves freely under lighter loads while the rubber springs take over as weight increases.

The system doesn’t replace your factory leaf springs—it works with them. By taking the brunt of bumps and jolts, it protects bushings, shackles, and hangers from excessive wear. That means fewer suspension repairs down the line and a smoother ride season after season.
