I have an HappyJac camper bed mount tie down, I think they came out of a Ford I had, will they Dodge Ram

HappiJac truck-mounted camper tie-downs are brand and model specific so if you pulled one out of a Ford then it would not be compatible with your 2006 Dodge Ram. You would need the HappiJac Truck-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # LC182908-182928.
If you also need turnbuckles then I recommend the HappiJac Qwik-Load Turnbuckles for Camper Tie-Downs # LC182895. The built-in levers on these turnbuckles allow you to quickly and easily secure your truck bed camper to your tie-down system.
