I have a 2021 Chevrolet Spark I am wanting to flat tow. Can you tell me if I am able to and what parts I need?

I would be happy to help you set up your 2021 Chevrolet Spark for flat towing. First and foremost your Spark can not be flat towed if it has an automatic transmission. If you do have a manual transmission, here are the parts you will need to flat tow:
Tow Bar - Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain item # RM-522
Base plate kit - Roadmaster Direct item # RM-523202-5
Safety cable set - item # RM-643
Tow Bar Wiring - Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit item # RM-155
Supplemental braking system - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO item # SM99251
