Is Adapter Module Needed to Use EOH Brake System with 2011 Ram 2500 Factory Brake Controller

I have a 2011 Ram 2500 with the factory brake controller. Im buying a boat trailer with EOH brakes. Im assuming the factory controller wont work. Is there an adapter to make this work correctly?

You may need one, but generally speaking the OEM Ram brake controllers like what you have on your 2011 Ram 2500 will work just fine with an EOH system. For example, we the have the HydraStar Adapter Module # HBA-CAM for the HydraStar EOH actuators, but it's really only needed for some Ford and Chevy applications.

If you find that the EOH system won't work with your OEM brake controller then let me know what EOH system you have and I can see if there is anything we have on our end that will help (provided we carry the EOH system). In this case it might not be the worst idea to look at an aftermarket brake controller to use instead as they tend to work really well with the EOH systems.
