The John Cooper Works (JCW) edition of the 2010 Mini Cooper Clubman came with a turbocharged I4 engine. The turbocharged engine also utilizes an intercooler which brings down air intake temperatures. The placement of the intercooler occupies the same space that the base plate would need for installation so unfortunately your only option to tow the vehicle would involve using a tow dolly such as the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1.

The Roadmaster Tow Dolly will work perfectly for your 2010 Mini Clubman JCW. The tow dolly has both integrated turn signals and electric brakes. Flat-towing a vehicle with two wheels down opposed to four wheels down will not cause as much stress and wear on the vehicle in addition to being much easier to set up.
