I have 3 left overs of 60 in Thule square bars, I like to use at least two of them over the bare crew cab, which kits should I have to buy in order to accomplish it. Thanks in advance for your help. Regards.

Thule roof racks underwent a design change recently, with new bars, foot packs, and fit kits, so the older square crossbars won't work in the new foot packs. Which means if you have square crossbars that do NOT have a bottom channel (like in the accompanying photo) you will need to upgrade your bars as well. If you have the newest SquareBar Evo crossbars with the bottom channel you can utilize those on your truck.
With that in mind, here are the parts that will give your 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab a Thule roof rack. In case you need new crossbars, I'll list out the options for the aerodynamic WingBar Evo as well as the square bars. I did confirm these fits for you with Thule.

This Thule rack is strong, easy to use, so whichever option you go with, it will allow you to carry whatever cargo you need to on your 2020 Sierra 1500. The lock cylinders are recommended as well because they lock the rack to your truck, helping protect your investment.
