Question:

Can I use this Rockstar exhaust plate on my Rock tamer Mud flaps for my 2019 3500 Silverado. From what I am reading, it sounds like it is similar or the same as others have done. ?

Rock Tamers has a heat shield specifically for their mud flaps as the part # RT76FR which is the kit you'd want since this is the mud flap system you have.

There's no reason the Access one you mentioned couldn't be used but the gap the Rock Tamers kit creates between it and the flap will do a much better job preventing heat transfer.
