Yes, these cords could be used as your primary power cord. You would just need to remove the female 50amp plug off of the Mighty Cord RV Extension Cord - 50 Amps - 10' Long # A10-5010EH to splice the wires into your trailer like Mighty Cord # A10-5025END would. Another option would be to install the SmartPlug RV Power Inlet and Connector - 50 Amp - Black # SM76FR on your trailer and splice the wires into the included plug to avoid having to bound up the cable in the wall of your RV when traveling.
