Hi I’m looking to get 4 wheel seals and one extra set of inner and outer wheel bearing. I have a 2021 coachmen 192rbs , thanks again

Manufacturers don't list all the parts we would need to identify the inner and outer bearings or the grease seals. To know for sure what you have you would need to take your your wheel off and get down to the bearings to see the part number stamped into the bearings. Some times these can wear away but you can easily identify them by measuring the spindle with some calipers # PTW80157.
On the diagram below measurement (C) will get you the inner diameter of the inner bearing and measurement (D) will get you the inner diameter of the outer bearing.
Based on the 6,000lb GVWR of your 2021 Coachmen Freedom Express 192RBS you most likely have 3,500lb axles which would use bearing numbers # L68149 and # L44649 along with the # 58846 grease seal.
These bearings and grease seal can be bought together in a kit with # BK2-100.
If you take your wheel off and check the bearings and find them to be different just let me know what measurements you get.
