Question:

My Ram jack has a lower bearing just as you show but it also has a upper bearing that sits just below the horizontal gear. I don’t see any option for that bearing on your exploded view. Do you stock the upper bearing? Thank you,

The bearing is not included with the Replacement Rod and Nut for etrailer and Ram Square, Direct Weld Jacks - 12K part # TJD-12000-RODNUT. There is a bearing washer at the top but the bearing is sold separately as the Replacement Bearing for etrailer and Ram Square Jacks part # TJD-12000-BR. If you take a look at the attached exploded view of the jack, you'll see there is a bearing at the top above the washer but no bearing on the bottom. I have attached an install video of said parts as well.

It sounds like you may have a different model/series and in which case I would need to know what that is to assist.
