The Ram Series 12000 jack on one of our stock trailers will crank up to a certain point then will not crank anymore. We have numerous guests using these trailers, and the compay that made it said someone probably stripped something by picking up their truck. What parts do I need to repair this jack?

To repair a Ram Series 12000 jack, like # TJD-12000SP-R2, we have the Gear Kit # TJD-12000-GR or the Replacement Rod and Nut # TJD-12000-RODNUT. Or you could need both. I just depends on what the problem is exactly.
