Yes, we do have a trailer hitch for your 2021 Audi A6 Allroad. I recommend the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # SH66ZR. This hitch comes with everything needed to get on the road and towing, to include a 2" ball, a hardwire kit, and 2" receiver. The included 2" receiver is not designed to be used with towing, if you want to tow, you need to use the included 2" ball.
When towing, this hitch has a maximum towing capacity of 6,000lbs.
