Hello, I plan on buying a cargo carrier for a XMAS gift. They own a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and they are ALWAYS on the road on hwy. I know they need a receiver and the cargo carrier, but I want to add LED lights to the carrier. What exactly are ALL the parts I need? I have these parts so far but I am not sure if these work together or if they are the best quality ones for what they need: 1 C13416 2 C56434 3 e98874 4 98174LED 5 e8943-44

You have done a great job of finding the parts you need to put a cargo carrier, with lights, on a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13416 is a confirmed fit for all models of the 2021 RAV4. I have linked an installation video.
