The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 56083 is correct for a 2022 Lexus RX 350 with factory tow package. It's a plug-in harness that does not require any splicing for installation. The plug you will need to locate to use this harness is located behind the rear bumper cover on the driver side. It provides a 4-way flat which is the most common type of connector and used on most trailers for this vehicle.
I have attached an install video below on an earlier model but it will be the same.
