Looking for a shock for my surge brake actuator. On the old shock is says MAECO 19277 and 8D76. it measures eye to eye compressed 7 1/4 and extended 9 1/4. It looks similar to your Item # 1844-2 for Toledo surge brake. Mine says SUR ACT III by Bendix.

We do have a few options that may work for you, the Replacement Shock for Replacement Shock Absorber for Toledo Brake Actuators # 1844-2 that you mention is the closest replacement shock absorber to your needed measurements that we carry, measuring in at 6-1/4" collapsed, and 8-1/4" extended.
We also have the Replacement Shock for Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuators # DS12426 which has an overall dimensions of 7" long and 9-1/8" fully extended.
